AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2909

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2909 as follows:

on page 1, by replacing line 13 with "covered"; and

on page 2, line 7, after "rule", by inserting ", including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. 222"; and

on page 2, line 16, by replacing "Class 2 felony" with "business offense, with a minimum fine of $1,000 per offense and a maximum fine of $5,000 per offense".
