1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2780
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2780, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1 as follows:

5 on page 1, by replacing lines 9 through 10 with: "the
6 Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. The
7 Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall
8 provide administrative support for the"; and

9 on page 2, line 7, after "State;" by deleting "and"; and

10 on page 2, line 10, by replacing "Academy." with "Academy;
11 and"; and

12 on page 2, after line 10, by inserting the following:

13         "(5) One member representing the Department of

1     Financial and Professional Regulation appointed by the
2     Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation."; and

3 on page 2, line 26, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 3 by replacing line 2 with the following:
5         "homeowners insurance in this State; and
6         (7) one representative of rural electric cooperatives
7     in Illinois."; and

8 on page 3, line 15, by replacing "Secretary of State" with
9 "Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation, the
10 General Assembly, and the Governor.".
