1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2720
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2720, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
5 "provision of this Act, and the following types of valuations
6 are not appraisals and may not be represented to be appraisals,
7 and a"; and

8 on page 2, by replacing line 10 with the following:
9     "Illinois Department of Transportation and co-signed, with
10     a license number affixed, by"; and

11 on page 2, line 24, by replacing "1989." with "1989. In
12 addition to his or her signature, the county engineer shall
13 affix his or her license number to the valuation.".
