2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2647 on page 5, line
3 6, by inserting after "violation." the following:
4 "This subsection (a-5) does not apply to multiple copies of the
5 same film, videotape, photograph, or other similar visual
6 reproduction or depiction by computer that are identical to
7 each other.".
