AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2327

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2327 on page 3, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following: "Section, shall charge and collect an additional fee of not less than $1 nor more than $15 in an amount equal to the amount of the fee imposed pursuant to subsection 1 of this Section. This additional fee shall be paid"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following: "charge and collect an additional fee of not less than $1 nor more than $15 in an amount equal to the amount of the fee imposed pursuant to subsection 1 of this Section. This additional fee shall be paid by the defendant".
