AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1155

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1155, AS AMENDED, by inserting the following in its proper numeric sequence:

"Section 195. Firearm carry prohibition; private property.

No person may knowingly carry a firearm into any private property without the express permission of the owner, manager, operator, or individual with the authority to control activities in that place at that time. This Section shall apply to private property of any kind, including a private residence, place of business, and any surrounding premises under its control including adjacent property and parking lots, regardless of whether they are open or closed to members of the public.".
