AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 997

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 997, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 9, as follows:

on page 26, replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:

"(h) A first violation of subsection (a), (b), (c), (d), or (f) is a Class B misdemeanor. A second violation of subsection (a), (b), (c), (d), or (f) is a Class A misdemeanor. A third violation of subsection (a), (b), (c), (d), or (f) is a Class A misdemeanor for which the violator's license to carry a concealed firearm shall be revoked.".
