1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 945
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 945 on page 5,
3 immediately below line 19, by inserting the following:

4 "(d) This Section applies only to counties that: (i) have a
5 population between 500,000 and 1,000,000, based on the most
6 recent federal decennial census; and (ii) border a county with
7 a population of 1,000,000 or more, based on the most recent
8 federal decennial census.".
