on page 1, by replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following:

"require a construction company to provide collateral, including personal property,"; and

on page 3, by replacing line 13 with the following:

"defaults in general and the actual number of defaults by M/WBE companies in particular over the last 5 years to determine".
