1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3823
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3823 on page 20,
3 immediately below line 13, by inserting the following:
4         "(4) Find that a party in engaging in visitation abuse
5     is guilty of a petty offense and should be fined an amount
6     of no more than $500 for each finding of visitation
7     abuse.".
