1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3635
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3635 as follows:
3 on page 4, line 3, by deleting "or the use of a particular
4 contractor"; and

5 on page 4, line 5, after "contract", by inserting ", complies
6 with all applicable laws, and does not interfere with or
7 otherwise impair any collective bargaining agreements the
8 community college may have with labor organizations".
