1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3593
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3593 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:

4 "determines, and issues an order finding, that (1) the real or
5 personal property lacks sufficient equity, (2) the estate lacks
6 sufficient funds to pay for insurance, or (3) the property is
7 otherwise uninsurable. No personal property"; and

8 on page 4, after line 20, by inserting the following:

9 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.".
