1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3453
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3453 as follows:

3 on page 6, by replacing line 21 with "Department has executed
4 rebate agreements, grants, or contracts"; and

5 on page 6, by replacing lines 23 and 24 with "documentation for
6 those rebate agreements, grants, and ~~the~~ contracts to the
7 utility. The Department is authorized to adopt"; and

8 on page 18, by replacing line 20 with "Department has executed
9 rebate agreements, grants, or contracts"; and

10 on page 18, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with "documentation
11 for those rebate agreements, grants, and ~~the~~ contracts to the
12 utility. The Department is authorized to adopt".
