AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3237 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3237 on page 4, 
3immediately below line 1, by inserting the following:
4    "A valuation waiver as described in this subsection (e-5) 
5completed by an employee of a municipality that meets the 
6requirements of the Illinois Department of Transportation may 
7not be valid unless it has received approval from the Illinois
