1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3201
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3201 on page 1 by
3 replacing lines 20 through 22 with the following:

4         "(1) obtain from that person a record that contains:
5             (A) the name, address, and telephone number of the
6         seller of the containers or any consignee of the
7         containers;
8             (B) a description of the containers, including the
9         number of the containers to be sold; and
10             (C) the date of the transaction; and"; and

11 on page 2 by deleting lines 1 through 7; and

12 on page 2 by replacing lines 14 through 20 with the following:

13 "shredding, or destroying plastic bulk merchandise containers
14 shall, for each transaction in which the person purchases one

1 or more plastic bulk merchandise containers, record the method
2 of payment used to purchase the containers.".
