1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3171
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3171 as follows:

3 on page 9, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following:
4     "bank or in a share account or share certificate account in
5     a State or federal credit union, the accounts of which are
6     insured as required by the Illinois Credit Union Act or the
7     Federal Credit Union Act, as applicable;"; and

8 on page 20, by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:
9     "trustee in a bank, or savings and loan association or in a
10     share account or share certificate account in a State or
11     federal credit union, the accounts of which are insured as
12     required by the Illinois Credit Union Act or the Federal
13     Credit Union Act, as applicable;".
