AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2948 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2948 on page 4, 
3immediately below line 19 by inserting the following:



4    "(c) A lessor who provides access to a safety deposit box 
5pursuant to this Section shall not be liable to any person as a 
6result of the lessor's actions in compliance with this
