1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2934
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2934 as follows:

3 on page 1, by replacing line 6 with the following:

4 "and adding Sections 6.2 and 19.5.1 as follows:"; and

5 on page 30, immediately below line 17, by inserting the
6 following:

7     "(20 ILCS 3960/19.5.1 new)
8     Sec. 19.5.1. Applicability of changes made by this
9 amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly. The changes to
10 this Act made by this amendatory Act of the 97th General
11 Assembly apply only to applications or requests for
12 modification filed on or after the effective date of this
13 amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly.".
