1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2847
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2847, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. The Equal Pay Act of 2003 is amended by adding
6 Section 27 as follows:

7     (820 ILCS 112/27 new)
8     Sec. 27. Officers and agents. In addition to an individual
9 who is deemed to be an employer pursuant to Section 5 of this
10 Act, any officers of a corporation or agents of an employer who
11 willfully and knowingly permit such employer to evade a final
12 judgment or final award provided under this Act shall be deemed
13 to be the employers of the employees.".
