AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2488

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2488 on page 2, line 25, after "duties," by changing "or" to "or"; and

on page 2, line 26, by changing "voice-activated" to "voice-operated voice-activated"; and

on page 3, by replacing line 1 with the following: "mode, which may include the use of a headset, or (v) a person using a wireless telephone by pressing a single button to initiate or terminate a voice communication.".
