AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2488

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2488, AS AMENDED, in Section 5, Sec. 12-610.1, after the last sentence of subsection (e), by inserting the following: "As used in this subsection (e), "construction or maintenance project" means an area of a highway with construction, maintenance, or utility work activities, identified by the placement of temporary traffic control signs and extending from the first orange sign warning of road work or construction ahead to the last temporary traffic control signs.".
