1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2064
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2064 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 10 with the following:
4 "(c) The Secretary of State may suspend the registration of
5 a vehicle when a court finds that the vehicle was used in a
6 violation of Section 24-3A of the Criminal Code of 1961
7 relating to gunrunning. A suspension of registration under this
8 subsection (c) may be for a period of up to 90 days.".
