1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1831
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1831, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing Section 99 with the following:

4 "Section 99. Effective date. This Section and the changes
5 made to Sections 7-109, 7-141.1, 7-142.1, and 7-145.1 take
6 effect upon becoming law. The remainder of this Act takes
7 effect on January 1, 2012.".
