1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1682
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1682 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Water Well Construction Code is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (415 ILCS 30/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 116.111)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.
8     This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ~~the~~
9 "Illinois Water Well Construction Code".
