1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1578
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1578 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 16, after "10-22.18d.", by inserting
4 "Educational support personnel may be exempt from a workshop if
5 (i) the workshop is not relevant to the work they do and (ii)
6 the workshop is not related to the health and safety of
7 students."; and

8 on page 4, line 19, after "institute", by inserting ", unless,
9 in the case of educational support personnel, they are exempt
10 from attending".
