1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1538
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1538 as follows:

3 on page 7, by inserting immediately below line 14 the
4 following:
5         "(8) The Department of Human Services shall be
6     designated as the lead support agency and provide
7     administrative staffing for the Committee. Other
8     Departments, as defined by this Section, shall provide
9     additional administrative staffing in conjunction with the
10     Department of Human Services to support the Committee.".
