AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1238 as follows:

on page 2, lines 8 and 9 by replacing "one fueling site with a calling device" with "2 calling devices, one on each side of a fueling site"; and

on page 2, line 23 by replacing "appropriate signs, that" with "signs that designate hours of service, the times that appropriate signs, that".
