AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 744

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 744, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 72, by replacing lines 6 through 20 with "members appointed by the Governor, 4 of whom are appointed to serve an initial term of one year and 4 of whom are appointed to serve an initial term of 2 years with one being designated as chair of the Board at the time of appointment. The members of the Board shall reflect the composition of the Illinois population with regard to ethnic and racial composition.".
