1    AN ACT concerning regulation.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly: 

 
4    Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by changing 
5Sections 4.23 and 4.24 as follows:
 
 

6    (5 ILCS 80/4.23)

 
7    Sec. 4.23. Act Acts and Sections repealed on January 1,

82013. The following Act is Acts and Sections of Acts are


9repealed on January 1, 2013:

10    The Dietetic and Nutrition Services Practice Act.






11    Section 2.5 of the Illinois Plumbing License Law.
