2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 145, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2 as follows:

5 on page 190, line 12, immediately after the period, by
6 inserting "Any change in rate methodology shall be made in
7 statute."; and

8 on page 459, line 18, immediately after "shall", by inserting
9 "promptly"; and

10 on page 531, line 4, by replacing "shall, as soon" with "shall
11 promptly report the"; and

12 on page 531, by deleting line 5.
