AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 38

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 38 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Illinois Plumbing License Law is amended by changing Section 26 as follows:

(225 ILCS 320/26) (from Ch. 111, par. 1125)

Sec. 26. All final administrative decisions of the the Director hereunder shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, and all amendments and modifications thereof, and the rules adopted pursuant thereto. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
