AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 31

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 31 on page 1, by replacing lines 8 through 12 with the following:

"(1) two members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be a co-chair;

(2) two members appointed by the President of the Senate, one of whom shall be a co-chair;

(3) two members appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives;

(4) two members appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate; and

(5) any other member of the General Assembly who wishes".
