AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5629

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5629 on page 1, below line 8, by inserting the following:

"(a) This Section applies only to cases in which the parents have joint custody of a minor child who has been diagnosed with mental or physical developmental disabilities."; and

on page 1, line 9, by changing "(a)" to "(b)"; and

on page 1, line 20, by changing "(b)" to "(c)"; and

on page 1, line 23, by changing "(c)" to "(d)"; and

on page 2, line 4, by changing "(d)" to "(e)".
