1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5517
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5517 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following:
4 "organization (i) monitoring or attentive to compliance with
5 public or worker safety laws, wage and hour requirements, or
6 other statutory requirements when the monitoring or
7 attentiveness occurs at the workplace, or (ii)"; and

8 on page 6, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:
9 "organization (i) monitoring or attentive to compliance with
10 public or worker safety laws, wage and hour requirements, or
11 other statutory requirements when the monitoring or
12 attentiveness occurs at the workplace, or (ii)".
