AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5434

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5434 , AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 2, as follows:

on page 18, by replacing line 4 with the following: "Assembly. The requirements or limitations set forth in subsections (b-1), (b-5), (b-10), (c-5), and (d-5) do not apply to the enforcement of any order or judgment resulting from an adjudication of a municipal ordinance violation that is subject to Supreme Court Rules 570 through 579, or from an administrative adjudication of such an ordinance violation."; and

on page 19, immediately below line 6, by inserting the following:

"(f) The requirements or limitations of this Section do not apply to the enforcement of any order or judgment resulting from an adjudication of a municipal ordinance violation that is subject to Supreme Court Rules 570 through 579, or from an administrative adjudication of such an ordinance violation.".
