1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5212
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5212 on page 6 by
3 replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:

4 "prevailing wage requirements and posting a link to the
5 Illinois Department of Labor's website with the revised
6 schedule on the public body's official website. Once notified,
7 it is the contractor's responsibility on a monthly basis to
8 check with the public body for the current prevailing rate as
9 provided by the Illinois Department of Labor.".
