2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5210, AS AMENDED,
3 immediately above the beginning of Section 99, by inserting the
4 following:

5 "Section 97. Severability. The provisions of this Act are
6 severable under Section 1.31 of the Statute on Statutes.".
