1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5122
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5122, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 16 the
5 following:
6         "(3) cemeteries and cemetery personnel while
7     performing acts pursuant to a bona fide request from the
8     involved cemetery consumer or his or her heirs, or pursuant
9     to an interment or disinterment permit or a court order, or
10     as authorized under Section 14.5 of the Cemetery Protection
11     Act, or any other actions legally authorized for cemetery
12     employees;"; and

13 on page 2, line 17, by replacing "(3)" with "(4)"; and

14 on page 2, line 21, by replacing "(4)" with "(5)".
