1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4986
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4986, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 2 and 3 with "used to track
5 recycling, reuse, and composting rates; source reduction,
6 recycling,"; and

7 by replacing line 20 on page 2 through line 1 on page 3 with the
8 following:
9         "(4) one person designated by the Director of Commerce
10     and Economic Opportunity to represent a local government;
11         (5) two persons designated by the Director of the
12     Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to represent
13     local governmental solid waste management agencies;
14         (6) one person designated by the Director of Commerce
15     and Economic Opportunity to represent the solid waste
16     management industry;
17         (7) one person designated by the Director of Commerce

1     and Economic Opportunity to represent the recycling
2     industry;
3         (8) one person designated by the Director of the
4     Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to represent a
5     statewide manufacturing trade association;

7     and Economic Opportunity to represent a statewide business
8     association; and"; and

9 on page 3, line 2, by replacing "(7)" with "(10)".
