AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4658

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4658 on page 3, by replacing lines 5 through 9 with the following:

"(f) Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section, for service on or after July 1, 2012, "compensation" does not include any: (i) overtime pay payable to an employee for personal services performed in excess of the full normal working period for his or her position; (ii) imputed income from group health insurance; or (iii) payments for travel vouchers that are submitted late.".
