1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3969
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3969 as follows:

3 on page 1, in line 13, by replacing "System and" with "System,"

4 on page 1, in line 16, after "System,", by inserting "and if
5 the participant retires after the effective date of this
6 Section with less than 2 years of service that has accrued in
7 that participating system since his or her last day of active
8 participation in the General Assembly Retirement System,".
