1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3945
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3945, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 60, by inserting below line 4 the following:
5         "4.5. A bona fide resident of a foreign jurisdiction
6     who is subject to the provisions of subparagraph 4 may make
7     application for termination of the revocation after a
8     period of 10 years from the effective date of the most
9     recent revocation. However, if a person who has been
10     granted a termination of revocation under this
11     subparagraph 4.5 subsequently becomes a resident of this
12     State, the revocation shall be reinstated and the person
13     shall be subject to the provisions of subparagraph 4.".
