1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3867
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3867 on page 1, line
3 9, by replacing "Supreme Court" with "circuit court of the
4 circuit in which the person was convicted"; and

5 on page 2, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "Illinois Supreme
6 Court" with "circuit court of the circuit in which the person
7 was convicted in accordance with Illinois Supreme Court Rules";
8 and

9 on page 2, line 18, by replacing "Supreme Court" with "circuit
10 court of the circuit in which the person was convicted"; and

11 on page 2, line 19 , by replacing "Court" with "court"; and

12 on page 2, line 20, by replacing "Court" with "court".
