1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3611
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3611 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The State Parks Act is amended by adding
5 Section 3b as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 835/3b new)
7     Sec. 3b. Wildlife Prairie Park. The Department shall
8 compare and generate a report concerning the availability of
9 recreational activities within the Wildlife Prairie Park
10 between the calendar year 2000 to 2012. The report shall be
11 provided to the General Assembly by July 1, 2013.

12     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.".
