on page 19, line 21, after "XII", by inserting "or by serving a citation pursuant to Section 2-1402"; and

on page 20, line 13, after "be", by inserting "construed to be; and

by deleting on page 21, lines 13 through 24, all of page 22, and on page 23, lines 1 through 8.
