AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3474

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3474, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 4, as follows:

on page 20, lines 21 and 22, by replacing "a promotion from a part-time to a full-time position" with "an increase in the amount of regular hours worked in a week, up to 40 hours"; and

on page 24, lines 20 and 21, by replacing "a change from part-time to a full-time position" with "an increase in the amount of regular hours worked in a week, up to 40 hours".
