AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3443 on page 3, by replacing line 11 through line 14 with the following: "U.S.C. 100 et seq. The insurance laws of this State, including this Code, do not apply to arrangements between a religious organization and the organization's members or participants when the arrangement and organization meet all of the following criteria:".
