1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3390
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3390 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 14 with the following:
4             "(DD) A conviction for aggravated assault under
5         paragraph (6) of subsection (c) of Section 12-2 of the
6         Criminal Code of 1961 if the firearm is aimed toward
7         the person against whom the firearm is being used.";
8         and

9 on page 20, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:

10     "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
11 2011.".
