AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3377

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3377 as follows:

on page 1, line 15, after "$1,000,000" by inserting "that are located within a depressed area, as defined under Section 3 of the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act"; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

"including procedures and criteria for grant awards. The Committee ; it must meet at least once each calendar quarter, ; and it may establish".
