AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3335

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3335 on page 2, line 13, after "estate", by inserting the following:

", to the alderman for the ward in which the property is located if the property is located in a municipality with a population of more than 2,000,000"; and

on page 5, line 17, after "foreclosed property" by inserting the following:

"and, in the case of a municipality with a population of more than 2,000,000, to the alderman for the ward in which the property is located".
